Choose – RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL
Complete – the Contract Form in its entirety
Upload – Required Documents > Note: When uploading ID’s & Documents make sure to select UPLOAD button
Select – SUBMIT RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL SERVICE button
Wait for Contact – An automated Email Notification of Documents Submitted goes to customer and MUB.
Clerk Contact – Customers will be called M-F between 8 am – 5 pm. > Note: For Same Day Service – Requirements must be received by 3:30 (no turn-ons after 4 pm)
